The goal is to survive: score as few points as possible. Dodge the Payoos, which cost their point value, and above all the Papayoo, worth 40 points on its own.
The full rules are built into the app: the goal, card values, the card exchange at the start of each hand, the die roll that sets the Payoo suit, then trick-taking play.
Play solo, or with your friends
Solo mode against bots
Four levels: Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert. Easy forgives beginner mistakes, Hard counts cards.
Higher levels aren’t unlocked right away: they open up as you progress, and Expert requires three wins at Hard. Higher difficulties also earn more XP.
Online multiplayer
Create a game or join one, invite your friends, share your profile by QR code. Pending games are visible from the home screen.
Jokers and special powers
Unlocked as you progress:
- Trick history — review what’s already been played
- AI hint — a suggestion for the best move
- Played card stats — from level 15
- Sonar — reveals who holds the Papayoo, level 20
- Defense — brings the Papayoo from 40 down to 20 points, level 25
- Hand swap — level 25
Leaderboards and progression
A monthly leaderboard and an ELO ranking, tracked separately for solo and multiplayer, with a Champion of the Month badge for the top players. There’s also a full game history, a player profile, and achievements to unlock.
Shop, customisation and quests
Customisable card decks, weekly gold, quests to claim. Gold is also earned from the Payout Pyramid, the daily Joker Wheel, or rewarded videos.
